2013年的沈阳市中考英语试题的写作部分由往年的书面表达调整为阅读与写作，即考生在阅读语篇后，依据内容，围绕要点完成写作任务；短文既要明理又要叙事，对考生的英语写作能力有较高的要求。
第一步：纵观要点，谋划全篇
认真审题切勿遗漏要点。从结构来看，短文应该分为三个段落：第一段阐明原因并简单叙述；第二段讲述一段与主题有关的故事或经历；第三段概括主旨，重申主题。 第二步：确定主题，筛选材料
选择自己熟悉的话题作为短文的主题。语言材料方面要关注与主题相关的词汇，句式（如说明原因可用because引导的状语从句，讲述经历课用when I was …;once I …等句式）以及人称（一般以第一人称为主），时态以一般现在时，一般过去时为主
第三步：提炼整合，定向表述
筛选，整合语言材料，围绕主题，写作初稿。写作时应注意短文的字数要求和时间安排。（15分钟内完成）
尤为重要的是，应注意平时积累写作材料，丰富写作语言，提升思维品质，提高写作技巧，解决思维迟钝，写空话写套话的问题。

Once ,our teacher asked us to find some details about the latest news.At first,I searched it on the Internet. But I wasn’t satisfied with the information I found .So I read the newspapers.To my surprise,there were so many details in it.i wrote them down and give them to my teacher and she praise me.Then I realize reading newspapers was so great.
