摘要：A lens element is formed by making use of an optical substrate, and includes alens portion , an edge portion in the form of a circular arc provided along the
circumference of the lens portion , and a handling portion which is integrated with thelens portion and the edge portion as well and extends with a width wider than that of thelens portion . The handling portion can be caught and held by using a grasping means, avacuum sucking means and so forth. With this, the lens element can be handled bycatching the handling portion without directly touching the lens element , thus the lenselement being neither damaged nor contaminated, and being stably handled with ease.
