摘要：A lens element is formed by making use of an optical substrate, and includes alens portion , an edge portion in the form of a circular arc provided along the
circumference of the lens portion , and a handling portion which is integrated with thelens portion and the edge portion as well and extends with a width wider than that of thelens portion . The handling portion can be caught and held by chucking vacuum suctionand so forth. The lens element can be handled by catching the handling portion withoutdirectly touching the lens element , and thus the lens element is neither damaged norcontaminated, and stably handled with ease.
