说 明

1、后备干伍建设是一项十分严肃的工作～考核组应本着对本单位和后备干部高度负责的态度～全面考察。

2、每年对后备干部考察一次～经局研究后～考核结果记入《后备干部考察

表》。

3、“考察项目”分为德、能、勤、绩、廉五个方向进行考核。考核实行百分制～每个项目为20分～考核等次为好,20分,、较好,15分,、一般,10分,、差,5分,,100分为优秀～100-90分为合格～90分以下为不合格。

4、优秀等次可列为近期培养～合格等次按分值经局会研究后列为中、远期培养～不合格等次经局研究后调整出后备干伍。

5.本表一律用A4纸打印～电子版局党办留存。
