关于填写硕士学位证书英文副本的注意事项

一、填写硕士学位证书是一项严肃工作，学位授予单位的学位评定委员会应指定专人，负责打印、填写和盖章。打印和填写的字体应不小于所印字体的字号。填写的内容必须准确。

二、根据本文所附硕士学位证书英文副本样本中注明的“编号”，按照下列说明逐项填写或盖章。
