Section 2 Sentences

1. 测量并记录各部位间隙及尺寸。 Measure and record every clearance and dimensions.

2. 测量振动值，轴承温度。Measure vibration and bearing temperature.

3. 工作之前检查所有工具及起吊设备。 Inspect all tools and lifting equipment prior to commencing work.

4. 各部件保持清洁。 Keep all the parts cleaning.

5. 禁止在拆卸中损坏零部件。 Don’t damage parts during dismantling.

6. 安装各部位零件。 Reassemble the parts into their original positions.

7. 加入润滑油/脂。 Add lube oil /grease.

8. 检查结合面紧密性。 Check contacting faces tightness.

9. 安装壳体。 Install pump casing.

10. 安装联轴器保护罩。Install coupling guard.

11. 拆除壳体螺拴。 Dismantle casing bolt.

14. 确定合适间隙。 Ensure proper clearance.

15. 用适当的力上紧螺拴。 Tighten bolt with proper force.

16. 给泵找正。 Align pumps.

17. 在检修前确保电机电源断开，设备处于非操作状态。 Ensure that power supply to the motor has been cut off and the equipment is out of service before maintenance.

18. 清洗检查轴承。 Clean and inspect bearing.
