Cho levels increased,Cr content of the medium decreases.Grade I~Ⅱgroup ipsilateral and contralateral comparison NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr were signiifcantly different,statistically signiifcant(P<0.05);IlI~IV level group ipsilateral and contralateral comparison NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr signiifcant difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05);Between the two roupsg NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr were signiifcantly different,statistically signiifcant(P< 0.05).ADC values of the two groups of gliomas parenchyma were higher than normal brain tissue,the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05).III—IV grade glioma group parenchyma ADC values below grade I一 11 group,and the difference was statistically sinigifcant(P<0.05).Conclusions It is of important clinical signiifcance to combine multi—voxel MRS with DWI for glioma patients before diagnosis,classiifcation and choice of surgical approach.
