Further, they can drive lamps or relays, switching voltagesup to 50V at currents as high as 50mA.INPUT2+7OUTPUTBoth the inputs and the outputs of the LM111 series can be isolatedINPUT3–6BAL/STROBEfrom system ground, and the output can drive loads referred toground, the positive supply, or the negative supply. Offset balancingV–45BALANCEand strobe capability are provided and outputs can be wire-ORed.Although slower than the µA710 (200ns response time vs 40ns), thedevices are also much less prone to spurious oscillations. The LM111APPLICATIONSseries has the same pin configuration as the µA710 series.•Precision squarerFEATURES•Positive/negative peak detector•Operates from single 3V supply (LM311B)•Low voltage adjustable reference supply•Maximum input bias current: 150nA (LM311—250nA)•Switching power amplifier•Maximum offset current: 20nA (LM311—50nA)•Differential input voltage range: ±30V•Power consumption: 135mW at ±15V•High sensitivity—200V/mV•Zero crossing detectorORDERING INFORMATIONDESCRIPTIONTEMPERATURE RANGEORDER CODEDWG #8-Pin Plastic Dual In-Line Package (DIP)-55°C to +125°CLM111N0404B8-Pin Plastic Dual In-Line Package (DIP)-25°C to +85°CLM211N0404B8-Pin Plastic Small Outline Package (SO)0 to +70°CLM311D0174C8-Pin Plastic Dual In-Line Package (DIP)0 to +70°CLM311N0404B8-Pin Plastic Small Outline Package (SO)-25°C to +85°CLM211D0174C8-Pin Ceramic Dual In-Line Package (CERDIP)-55°C to +125°CLM111FE0580A8-Pin Plastic Small Outline Package (SO)0 to +70°CLM311BD0174C8-Pin Plastic Dual In-Line Package (DIP)0 to +70°CLM311BN0404BAugust 31, 1994273853-0927 13721元器件交易网www.cecb2b.comPhilips Semiconductors Linear ProductsProduct specificationVoltage comparatorLM111/211/311/LM311BEQUIVALENT SCHEMATICBALANCE/STROBEBALANCEV+R3R1R4R2R8R93001.3K3001.3K750600Q8Q7Q10R5Q2070Q11Q12R6R7Q51.2K1.2KQ13Q19R10Q84KOUTPUTQ14Q3Q9Q18Q1D1D2Q4R17R155V5V60400R11130Q2INPUTSQ15Q23R15450R12600Q2Q22Q18R19R18R142502002KQ17R134V– ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGSSYMBOLPARAMETERRATINGUNITVSTotal supply voltage36VOutput to negative supply voltage:LM111/LM21150VLM311/LM311B40VGround to negative supply voltage30VDifferential input voltage±30VVINInput voltage1±15VPD MAXMaximum power dissipation,TA=25°C (still-air)2F package810mWN package1190mWD package780mWIOutput short-circuit duration10secTAOperating ambient temperature rangeLM111-55 to +125°CLM211-25 to +85°CLM311/LM311B0 to +70°CTSTGStorage temperature range-65 to +150°CTLead soldering temperature SOLD(10sec max)300°CNOTES:1.This rating applies for ±15V supplies. The positive input voltage limit is 30V above the negative supply. The negative input voltage limit isequal to the negative supply voltage or 30V below the positive supply, whichever is less.2.These specifications apply for VS=±15V and 0°C < T°C ≤TA < 70°C unless otherwise specified. With the LM211, however, all temperaturespecifications are limited to -25A ≤85°C and for the LM111 is limited to -55°C TA < 125°C. The offset voltage, offset current, and biascurrent specifications apply for any supply voltage from a single 5V supply up to ±15V supplies.3.The offset voltages and offset currents given are the maximum values required to drive the output within a volt of either supply with 1mAload. Thus, these parameters define an error band and take into account the worst case effects of voltage gain and input impedance.4.The response time specified is for a 100mV input step with 5mV over-drive.5.Do not short the strobe pin to ground; it should be current driven at 3mA to 5mA.6.LM311B, all parameters are at V+ = 3V ±10%, V– = GND = 0V.August 31, 1994275元器件交易网www.cecb2b.comPhilips Semiconductors Linear ProductsProduct specificationVoltage comparatorLM111/211/311/LM311BTYPICAL APPLICATIONSV+ 5VV+ = 5VBALR23KR14.5KR32K5R13KR3V+ = 5V28R182KR5INPUT2+6+240K1KLM3118TOLM3117TTL2+83–17MOSLOGICR2–1OUTPUTINPUT374R31K4LM31110KC13–1TO TTL4OUTPUTR2R447K82KV– = 10VMAGNETICPICKUP* Values shown are for a 0 to 30V logic swing and a 15V threshold.** May be added to control speed and reduce susceptibility to noise spikes.Zero DetectorDetector for MagneticTTL Interface with HighDriving MOS LogicTransducerLevel LogicAugust 31, 1994276
