作为七年级第一单元，M1U1在知识内容上是起到对六年级旧知识的衔接和过渡。
在实践中教师发现，现在完成时依然是重点，同时也是部分同学的认知难点。课后，教师反思教学过程，感到必须在今后教学中强调板书的作用，通过更清晰明确而简单醒目的表格，帮助学生了解和掌握现在完成时的基本结构，然后结合课堂教学实践，加强和深化学生实际运用该时态的能力。
此外，形容词的比较级也是本课的一大重点，尤其是多音节形容词转换成比较级时，学生在课堂上出现了较多错误，说明这也是教案应该强化训练和引导的地方。
