HighSpeedDualComparator

GeneralDescription

TheLM119seriesareprecisionhighspeeddualcompara-torsfabricatedonasinglemonolithicchip.Theyarede-signedtooperateoverawiderangeofsupplyvoltagesdowntoasingle5Vlogicsupplyandground.Further,theyhavehighergainandlowerinputcurrentsthandevicesliketheLM710.TheuncommittedcollectoroftheoutputstagemakestheLM119compatiblewithRTL,DTLandTTLaswellascapableofdrivinglampsandrelaysatcurrentsupto25mA.

TheLM319AoffersimprovedprecisionoverthestandardLM319,withtightertolerancesonoffsetvoltage,offsetcur-rent,andvoltagegain.

Althoughdesignedprimarilyforapplicationsrequiringopera-tionfromdigitallogicsupplies,theLM119seriesarefullyspecifiedforpowersuppliesupto±15V.Itfeaturesfasterre-sponsethantheLM111attheexpenseofhigherpowerdis-sipation.However,thehighspeed,wideoperatingvoltagerangeandlowpackagecountmaketheLM119muchmoreversatilethanolderdevicesliketheLM711.

TheLM119isspecifiedfrom−55˚Cto+125˚C,theLM219isspecifiedfrom−25˚Cto+85˚C,andtheLM319AandLM319arespecifiedfrom0˚Cto+70˚C.
