摘要：With the socialism and political economy in the initial stage, the focus ofthe study of political economy should turn to the pro- ductive forces. Theconstruction of the theoretical system of socialist political economy with Chinesecharacteristics is to estab- lish a systematic economic theory of liberating,developing and protecting productive forces. The new stage of development isconfronted with many new and important development issues, such as the
transformation of economic development goals, the sustainable growth of mediumand high growth under new normal conditions, the ＂middle income trap＂ and thebalance of eco- nomic development. The five new development concepts, namely,innovative, coordinated, green, open and sharing develop- ment ones haverendered a scientific response to these major development issues. Innovativedevelopment concept promotes the innovation of the theory of development. Theconcept of coordinated development promotes the innovation of the theory ofdevelopmental structure. The concept of green development promotes theinnovation of wealth theory. The theory of open de- velopment promotes thetheoretical innovation of economic globalization. The concept of sharing
development promotes the theoretical innovation of developmental goals. Theseaspects relate to the core of the present stage economic development theo- ry,each of which has a deep theoretical foundation of Marxist political economy.
