摘要：A euclidean distance (d(i, j)) between an input pattern (A) and a referencepattern (B) is elementwise determined, to sequentially calculate a set of cumulative
values (g(i, j)) thereof, which is stored in a work memory (60) for use in a currentrecurrence calculation and in a cumulative data memory (50) for use in a decision for aspeech recognition. The recurrence calculation is executed on one of division blocks (Bm)obtained by collecting input frames (i) and reference frames (j). Stored data (g(i, j)) in thework memory (60) are shifted every block for a subsequent recurrence calculation.
