2、 装机水平

Equipment feature

2.1、液压压上AGC系统,可实现位置比换闭环、恒压力轧制、张力AGC、速度AGC、多级AGC等。

Hydraulic screw down with AGC system can realize the closed loop of the position, constant pressure rolling, tension AGC, multilevel AGC, etc.

2.2、正、负弯辊装置,可实现正,负弯平滑过度

Bending device can realize the smooth switching between the positive and negative bending.

2.3、支承辊采用高精度四列短圆柱轴承,油雾润滑,运动精度高,承载能力大,提高了轧机辊系刚度和工作的可靠性。

The backup roll adopts the high precision four row short column roller bearing and oil mist lubricating, so it has high precision movement and large carrying capacity, which increase the rigidity of the rollers and working reliability.

2.4、工作辊、支承辊轴承工作温度检测,可实现正常温度显示和超温报警。

The working temperature checking for the bearings of working roll and backup roll can realize the normal temperature display and over-temperature alarming.

2.5、轧机断带保护系统。

The mill has the strip breaking protection system.

2.6、全新的电磁阀柜装置,采用阀岛式集成阀,结构紧凑,可靠性更高。

The mill has fully new electromagnetic valve cabinets and adopts valves island type integrating valves. The structure is compact and the reliability is very high.
