摘要：A method for performing modal analysis on a structure includes the steps ofdividing the structure into a plurality of layers each having an individual centroid;determining a movement of a testing point on each layer with respect to the individual
centroid of the plurality of layers, wherein the testing point is at a predetermineddistance from the individual centroid along a testing plane; and processing the movementof the testing point on each layer to determine a modal response of the structure. Asystem for performing modal analysis on a structure includes a movement detectionmodule and a processing module for carrying out the method.
