摘要：In order to produce a medical working means that is made of metal-containingplastic at least in surface sections that can enter in contact with body tissue during usethereof, a metallic salt is first dissolved in a solvent so as to provide metal ions. A
polymer is provided which forms a polymer-metal complex along with the metal ions, thesolvent being chosen such that the polymer is insoluble therein. A polymer-metalcomplex is formed from the metal ion solution and the provided polymer at least in thesurface sections which can enter in contact with body tissue when the working means isused. The metal-containing surface sections of the basic plastic material can thus beproduced with little effort while the metal content simultaneously has the desired effecton the surface.
