In my mind, innovatory spirit is a spirit of assumptions-breaking. Creative ideas are often generated when one discards preconceived assumptions and attempts a new approach or method that might seem to others unthinkable. The conception of creativeness is that it is simply the act of making something new. From a scientific point of view, the products of innovatory spirit are usually considered to have both originality and appropriateness.

The competition in knowledge economy times is essentially the competition of innovatory talent with innovatory consciousness, innovatory skills and innovatory practice. As far as I am concerned, the most effective way to cultivate innovatory spirit is education. With the reformation in the higher education, the training of innovatory talent has been a new task faced by higher education. Higher education should train the innovatory spirit and ability of individuals. The construction of educational innovation system will provide complete guarantee for the training of innovatory talent.

2 Nowadays, face the stressful life, people have many ways to relax themselves, the common one is to watch movies or TV dramas. Though this way, we have known many celebrities who have a good reputation in our mind. Some stars use of their reputation to take the position of professor in universities as a part-time job.

This phenomenon has caused much disputation. Some people hold the idea that it is vicious to the education of university, because some stars began their entertainment career at an early age, it resulted in the shortage of education of themselves. But some people think that this can improve the reputation of the university and the stars, it is win-win method.

As far as I’m concerned, it is a good way to improve the ability of students in some degree. Some stars received little education when they were young, but they have much practice in relevant domain, especially on performing arts, they have the qualities to be a good professor in these fields. But many universities and stars only want to have the reputation, the stars never teach students. I think this should be reproached, because they deceive the students and the society.

3 It is difficult for most people to decide whether to buy or rent a house. They get confused by contradictory advice and are unable to decide. The two sides have their own reasons to buy or to rent.

Renting has always had a bad reputation, and has been seen as a money hole. You pay money month after month and get nothing in return. For many people, though, it might be a great savings, because they have no enough money to buy a house. But many established families are pleasant to buy houses. They enjoy having a house and having the freedom to do what they want with it. Moving would be a big hassle for them, and besides, renting an apartment would deny them the security of ownership.

As far as I’m concerned, the answer is decided by conditions. The first is how long will you be living in your new city? If it's less than one year, you should probably rent. The second facet is how much can you afford? If you're moving to an expensive area , Beijing for example, then you may not be able to afford a house even if you do plan on living there for more than a year. In this

case, you may consider renting a house.

4 It is recorded that some students live in Student Apartments alone at high prices. This phenomenon has aroused much disputation. Many people think that the new generation is so luxurious. They are protected too much by their parents because they are the only child in their family. Some people think that students have the right to choose the way of life if they can afford the high prices. They may have the life of themselves, keep other classmates away, and their property and privacy can be protected well.

In my opinion, we should blame this phenomenon in most cases. There are three main reasons I will mention below: the first one, almost all the students live in collective student apartment, if some students leave the group of class away, it is possible to result in the lack of communication. The second reason, as what I mention above, it is vicious to the student who lives alone. It is likely that a selfish and queer character formulate which is disadvantage to the future of the student. The third, it is harmful to the university. Other student may be jealous of the student who lives alone. It is probable that a competition on closes, foods, apartment and other material facets starts. This can have a bad influence on their study.

5 There is never been a language, like net language, receive so many kinds of comments from the date it emerged. A regulation entered into force on January 1, 2006, named the implementation of in Shanghai, which regulates that State organs documents, textbooks and news reports should not use net language inconsistent with the vocabulary of modern Chinese and Grammar specification. The regulation pushes the discussion on net language to the culmination.

Is net language the games of new generation, or the positive development of modern Chinese? Different people may have different attitudes. As the government of Shanghai, they think there are many things on net, good and bad. These can make people confused, especially youngest. On the purpose of keeping the order of society, they formulated the regulation mentioned above. As far as I’m concerned, it is not a good way to ban the usage of net language in some field absolutely. Because net language is a result of the development of net, it is more brief and colorful than common language. So I think we should be more tolerant to the usage of net language, and formulate a healthy life style, more colorful net language system.

6 Water is life for the species, involving animal and vegetable, just like what we can see from the picture below: Fish can not live without water, just as gross. If we abuse water resources, the Vicious Circle will end with the extinction of human and the destruction of the world. So we must try our best to protect the source of life –water resource, just like what the picture reveals. Although nearly three quarters of the earth＇s surface is covered with water, it is sea water and undrinkable. The demand for water is increasing, while water resources are scarce. Agricultural production needs enormous amounts of water, so does industry. Besides, the rapid growth of population makes it more and more difficult for people to survive because of the water shortage. So water shortage has become one of the most serious problems.

Fortunately, people have realized this pressing problem and are trying to find ways to salve it. In the purpose of water conservation, the government has done many things to develop and protect water resource. For the rest of the period of the 10th Five-Year Plan, China will keep increasing

investment in the water sector, including flood control, water supplies and soil-erosion control. I think, as a cell of society, we must try every way to conserve water resource, just like the picture reveals. Only though these ways, can we have a good life in future.

7 From the above chart we can see that from 1990 to 2000, the percentage between Beijing's state-owned housing and private housing was 75:25 in 1990, 60:40 in 1995 and 20:80 in 2000.It means that most of Beijing’s houses had been owned by private persons rather than the state.

Reasons why the percentage resulted in the above-mentioned changes are two-fold: First, because of the Marketability of China's real estate industry, more and more money had been invested in the construction of commercial housing, but the system of welfare houses distribution housing was gradually eliminated by the reformation . Second, some of the original state-owned housings were sold to individuals due to a series of policy.

The emergence of these changes has both benefits and disadvantages. Although the Marketability of the real estate industry can meet the need for a variety of housing options, but in the process of market-oriented real estate, some real estate developers’ irregular behaviors make the price also remain high, and government can’t supply enough protective houses to the people who can’t afford the high price. Many problems occur from this field, I think the best way to resolve this problem is the implement of a perfect system of policy.

8 Along with the development of china, education in university is becoming general in society. Many graduates step into society every year. Most of them like to work in big cities, not rural areas. Compared with people living in the countryside, urban people generally enjoy a higher standard of living. They earn more income, receive better welfare and medical care, and have more job opportunities. They also enjoy better transportation and other conveniences of the cities. It is also a good choice to work in rural area or western area. We can be so close to nature, small stream, high mountains, fresh air, green grass and so on---all this make people happy and stirs up the love of life. But its inefficient transportation, delayed news always makes people isolated. In fact, there is a great gap between city and country. I think we have responsibility and the ability to do more to change it.

In my opinion, more educated people should be sent to the countryside to help promote cultural and economic development. Advanced technology should be introduced to improve the farming efficiency of country and the resource development of western area.

9 The first chart shows the changes in the numbers of people with HIV infection and the death total from 2004 to 2005.There was 800 million people infected and 100 million dead in 2004, and the number in 2005 is 200 million and 100 million. The following chart shows the kinds of ways to get HIV infection, involving Commercial sex occupied 40 percent, Drug abuse occupied 40percent, illegal blood collection covering 15 percent and other ways covering 5 percent.

The drawer of the charts wanted to tell us the seriousness of HIV infection situation in nowadays, and he point out the way to get HIV infection in the purpose of warning people against the ways mentioned in the chart away.

I think it is not a difficult thing to keep AIDS away. Because the drawer pointed the main ways to

get HIV infection, we can avoid infecting HIV by not doing the things mentioned in the second chart. We should keep a healthy life style leave commercial sex and drug abuse away. The hospital must pay much attention to blood collection and afford serious responsibility when it fails to do it.

10 From the story mentioned below, we can see that how important the goal of life is. A man with a goal of life is full of vigor, and his life is colorful, on the contrary, a man who lost the goal of life is lack of enthusiasm. To the most seriousness, the scanty of a goal of life can result in self-murder. This is a serious social problem need to pay close attention to.

Almost every people have their goals of life, so am I. My goal of life can be divided into two facets, the first one is about family and the second is work. Family life is very important to me, I want to be a good wife, I want to support and take care of my family in every aspect, and I will do my best to attend to my parents when they growing elderly. To my friends, I would like to be a good listener with whom they can share all their feeling, whether happy or not. My goal in work is to be a good lawyer, because my major in university is law and I want to protect virtue of justice. If one day I have achieve the goal of my life, I will set up a new goal because I think new goal bring new energy and there is no end on the way of life.
