People like to eat buffet, because they can eat many kinds of food in a meal, their appetite can be satisfied.

I am a fan of buffet, I can eat a lot of food in a time, every time I go into the buffet shop, I tell myself that I will not come out without satisfying my stomach.

Facing so many food, I can’t help eating as more as possible, even I am full enough, I still eat, my stomach hurts. It is said that 80% sense of fullness is the best way to keep fit, if people continue to get their stomach more food, then their stomach will be hurt. So the way for people to have buffet is not right, we should enjoy the food instead of eating too fully.

人们喜欢自助餐，因为他们能在一餐里吃很多种食物，他们的胃口也得到了满足。我是自助餐的粉丝，我能在同一时间里吃很多食物，每次我走进自助餐，我就告诉自己不满足胃口就不走出来。面对那么多食物，我情不自禁地多吃，即使我很饱，但是仍然在吃，我的胃吃伤了。据说八成饱的感觉是保持健康的最好方法，如果人们继续让胃填食物的.话，胃就会受到伤害。因此人们吃自助餐的方式是不对的，我们应该享受食物而不是吃得太撑。
