Step 1 Lead-in Show the photos of Rio Olympics and after that, tell Ss “they win because they are strong enough ” T: What can you do to have a healthy body? S: Exercise Step 2 Presentation 1. T: when do you usually exercise? S: on weekends (=on the weekend) 2. tell Ss My Weekend Activities (present the adverbs of frequency for the first time) 教 学 过 程 3.
