一个晴朗的日子，在河边有一个不会游泳的'渔民在自己的世界等待鱼投降，但一不小心，男子失足掉入河中，刚好一个年轻人路过看到，看到这个场景，年轻人救了渔民，渔民很惭愧自己虽然是一个渔民，但是他不会游泳，事故发生后，渔民们认真思考了学游泳的重要性，于是开始教那个不会游泳的渔民游泳。
