Signs for environmental protect and posting waste in our daily life are the reminders that we need to reduce, reuse and recycle. Our planet earth has limited resources and we are draining them away at an alarming rate. It is imperative that we step up on measures to ensure the sustainability of our resources for future generations. One important aspect is to cut down on our wastage. Switching off lights when no one is in the room, taking public transport instead of driving cars and even ensuring that theres no food wastage when we go for buffet are all efforts we can do in our daily lives to help reduce wastage. Other solutions could be to seek alternative resources that are sustainable and less taxing on Mother Nature. We have developed solar energy and harnessed the power of running water and wind. Though they seem to have little contribution to the world energy consumption, one day, we might be forced to accept them as our only way of survival.
