摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy absorption structure capable ofconstraining an energy absorption member to be broken by using a cover for obtainingchipping resistance and weather resistance of the energy absorption member andobtaining intended load characteristics.SOLUTION: An energy absorption structureincludes: a cylindrical energy absorption member that is made of fiber-reinforced resinand is crushed in the axial direction to absorb collision energy when a load is input; and acylindrical cover covering the outer periphery of the energy absorption member.
