摘要：The invention relates to a device for separating particles (10) from the air,especially for filtering dust in a vacuum cleaner, said device comprising a housing (1)containing a motor/fan unit (11) for sucking air loaded with particles via an inlet (8),guiding said air through a ceramic filter (6), the particles (10) falling on the surface (18) ofthe ceramic filter on the inflow side, and for blowing out cleaned air on the outflow sidevia an outlet (19). In order to be able to operate a cleaning device (20) for the ceramicfilter (6) as required, the inventive device comprises a control system (22) for operatingthe cleaning device (20). The inventive embodiment enables the cleaning mode to beswitched on and off either automatically by the control system (22) or according to thedecision of a user.
