摘要：A biometric identification device, which identifies whether a photographic
subject is a living eye or not, includes a photographing part for photographing an imageof the photographic subject; a light source for irradiating light to the object at an angledifferent from a photographing angle at which the photographing part photographs thephotographic subject; and a partial light patch detection part for detecting a partial lightpatch on the photographic subject from an image photographed by the photographingpart. The biometric identification device identifies whether the photographic subject is aliving eye or not based on whether the partial light patch detection part has detected apartial light patch or not.
