【摘 要】Unemployment embraces dominant unemployment and recessive unemployment. The unemployment rate in China is mainly formed by the recessive unemployment rate. This article attempts to estimate the influence coefficient of used situation of labour forces by a production fuction. with this, the article has estimated the rate of recessive
