谈论工作经验是表现自己是该职位合适人选的良机，可以运用事例说明自己的工作经验 和成就，如曾经一手成立了新部门、新系统、找到新客户等。招聘方往往希望知道应聘者的 工作性质是否和招聘的职位有关，或者应聘者从以往的工作中吸取到了哪些有用的经验。即 便过去的工作和现在应聘的职位无关，也不能说是什么都没学到，因为每份工作都有它可取 之处。有时也许由于种种原因，雇员跳槽比较多，但这不一定是坏事，所以如果自己是属于 这种情况，可以向雇主说明干过多种工作使自己经验丰富，能为雇主更好的服务。不过，切 记任何答案都要言简意赅，不要长篇大论。至于没有或工作经验很少的毕业生，可将一些在 学校生活学到的东西联系到申请的工作上。例如，上学时曾经当过学生会便可以用实例 证明自己有领导才能。
