What is success?
Well, as we heard from my former followers, success means a lot of things, and in order not to give you a chance to fall asleep, I‘d like to change this speech into a conversion, of course, only me here. Here, I will play two roles: success, and me myself.(在黑板上写上success， me) then, it starts. Me: Hello, success, I thought you are a special friend of ours. Cause sometimes you are familiar to us while sometimes you are almost a stranger. You know, you are close but remote to us.
S: really? But not what I think! Actually, I am with you all the time. It just, you sometimes ignore me. As for more, I am around you when you come to the world!
Me: wow, you mean god blessed my parent with me? S: yes, and I watched you growing up. The first time you crawl on the floor, learn to walk, speak…these all your success during your growth!
Ok, as it comes here, I want to express that don’t just judge success by how much money you get, what high position you are in. success appear in your daily life.
Once I heard such an advertisement: one step away from success that is failure. It got some point in some degree, but I
think it was too mean. I remember the words that Ron had told me when I can’t do my speech well in the match, he said: don’t compare with others, compare with you yourself, see if you have got any achievement. That is right, any time I can perform better, I get closer to success.
But then again, everybody is eager to be a successful
person in his life. In fact, not all people can always succeed. People who are lazy and want to succeed only by daydreaming can hardly succeed. A successful person must possess some good characters--- diligence, strong will, perseverance, so on and forth. He must keep on learning and make himself a capable person. Sometimes he should be more flexible to change with the situations. Just like the story of Pabarol and Bruno，they both help the villagers get water from long distance, but pabarol make a project to carry water while Bruno just take it by use a bucket. You can guess the result even though you did not hear this story. All in all, self-confidence is the first step on the road to success. And of course failure and hard work are the key elements of success.
