摘要：A starting system of an engine according to the present invention comprises anelectromagnetically-operated fuel resupply pump for supplying auxiliary fuel to anintake passage of the engine, and various detectors for detecting the operatingconditions of the engine, e. g., engine speed, temperature of engine cooling water, driveof a starting motor, etc., and a control circuit for controlling the drive of the fuelresupply pump in accordance with signals from the detectors. The control circuit ispartially formed of a microcomputer, which controls the pump so that a pulse voltage isapplied to a solenoid of the pump for a longer time when the engine is in a cranking statethan when the engine is in any other operating state.
